Hi There!

I’m Lisa Reschefski. A freelance visual journalist, illustrator, artist and a big fan of all things rock’n’roll.

My work has both feet in the world of infographics and journalism but also in illustration and portrait painting.

You can find me drawing at home or wherever the job takes me. My preferred materials are watercolor, pencils and crayons, but I also love working in digital and to experiment with new mediums.

Other random facts about me: I have worked as a journalist and editor for 15 years and recently took the plunge to go full-time freelance as a visual journalist, combining my two great loves – journalism and illustration. Although I love writing, throughout the years working in journalism in print and online, I’ve often found that visuals tell the story to the point in a more engaging way. That’s why I love the power of infographics and visual storytelling.

When I’m not drawing or painting, I can often be found hanging out at concerts and music festivals. Sometimes I go for a ride in the countryside on my road bike or travel to see new places or visit friends around the world.

Don’t be a stranger so please to get in touch if you have any questions or want to know more about my work.
